EKSPLOITASI ALAM DAN PEREMPUAN: MANIFESTASI KAJIAN EKOFEMINISME VANDANA SHIVA PADA CERPEN "KOTA INI ADALAH SUMUR"

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and classify aspects of ecofeminism in the short story “Kota Ini Adalah Sumur”. This study uses Vandana Shiva's ecofeminism approach. The data source for this study is the short story “Kota Ini Adalah Sumur”. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data categorization, and data interpretation. The results of this study indicate that the short story “Kota Ini Adalah Sumur” contains aspects of ecofeminism: 1). The well as a symbol of the forgotten mother, 2). The fading collective memory of urban communities regarding the existence of wells, and 3). The parallelism of wounds: the exploitation of nature and women in the framework of ecofeminism.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengklasifikasi aspek-aspek ekofeminisme yang ada dalam cerpen “Kota Ini Adalah Sumur”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ekofeminisme Vandana Shiva. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah cerpen “Kota Ini Adalah Sumur”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, kategorisasi data, dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cerpen “Kota Ini Adalah Sumur” mengandung aspek-aspek ekofeminisme: 1). Sumur sebagai simbol ibu yang terlupakan, 2). Pudarnya memori kolektif Masyarakat urban terhadap eksistensi sumur, dan 3). Paralelisme luka: eksploitasi alam dan perempuan dalam bingkai ekofeminisme.
