This study aims to examine the spiritual relationship between humans and nature in Mappangiso healing practices in Soppeng Regency. The subjects of the study were Bugis sanro who were involved in healing rituals. With a qualitative approach and Starhawk's spiritual ecology theory, it was found that Mappangiso integrates natural elements and mantras as healing media. This tradition reflects ecospiritual awareness and local wisdom in maintaining ecological balance and health.
